She has held senior leadership roles, including President of F2 Strategy and SVP, Executive Head of Operations at Rightpoint, where she led enterprise operations, M&A integration, and performance optimization in close partnership with executive teams and investors. Laura focuses on identifying where execution breaks down and implementing practical, sustainable solutions that improve alignment, accountability, and results.
